Renaissance Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a premier nursing home dedicated to serving the subacute rehabilitation and skilled nursing needs of Philadelphia and neighboring Delaware County. Noted for our long-lasting and extraordinarily devoted staff, Renaissance provides attentive post-acute services in a warm and welcoming environment. Renaissance has harnessed the latest medical science and technology to deliver remarkable therapeutic results in post-hospital recovery and wound care.
Testimony to our special relationship with this vibrant community is the “Window of Stories” mosaic that graces our exterior. A project of the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, this dynamic mural features snapshots of our residents’ lives as rendered by talented local youth.
And as always, the community continues to be an integral part of our residents’ recovery. Our highly trained and dedicated Recreational Therapy Department offers inspirational and meaningful therapeutic programs 7 days a week.

As a proud member of Nationwide Healthcare Services, Renaissance is a nursing home committed to delivering the highest standards of excellence to expedite your recovery. Our Administrator and Director of Nursing each have over 17 years of experience and have been at Renaissance for 6 years and counting. Our department heads and nursing staff have significant tenure with many being at Renaissance for over 15 years. We truly care about the residents that we serve.
